Studio-2 is situated on the 4th floor of a well maintained house and is accessible with a lift.

This fully furnished studio apartment measures 30 m² (330 sq. feet) and is ideal for a couple or maximum 3 persons. It consists of a living/bedroom with a double bed,  an armchair (opens to a comfortable single bed), wardrobe, table and chairs; a new kitchen with fridge, microwave and washing machine; and a bathroom with shower. Bed linen, pillows, blankets and towels are provided. A baby cot is available on request.

There are cable TV, CD player and free high-speed internet access available through WLAN (Wi-Fi).
