Convenient location to the City Centre, easy to find if take OBB Train from (VIE) Airport. Clean, tidy and comfortable studio environment. Value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

It was much better than we expected and luxurious in a way. Comfortable, clean, well furnished, and very well located. We are going to recommend it to our friends who are going to Vienna later this year, and to everybody else who plans to visit this beautiful city. You just can't beat this location & comfort & price combination!

I found this furnished apartment spacious for me, my wife and our 10 month old baby. The owner of the place was very helpful and can be easily contacted and easy to deal with. They brought a cot and beddings when they saw that we had a baby. I looked around and for the convenience and location nothing can beat this place for it's price.
Short walk will already lead you to Belvedere Palace. Straight out from Belvedere will lead you to the main City Center, where Stephansdom is. You can walk but if you want you can use the tram. I really found the place very cost effective. We had a pleasant stay.
