The communication and organisation was first class. The studio was spacious, bright and clean - we had plenty of room for 2 adults and a 13yo. We were about 15-20 minutes walk from Museum quarter and city centre with Belvedere right next door. It’s very well decorated and the owners are very helpful. They provide you with maps of the city and travel info. The studio has everything you might need to enjoy your holidays. The kitchen is full equipped (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, cutlery...) and also the bathroom that has a washing machine and heated floor. It is a relaxed 15 minutes walk to the city centre, you have a couple of markets 50 metres from the studio, tram... The owner of the place was very helpful and can be easily contacted and easy to deal with. They brought a cot and beddings when they saw that we had a baby. I looked around and for the convenience and location nothing can beat this place for it&#039;s price. <br>Short walk will already lead you to Belvedere Palace. Straight out from Belvedere will lead you to the main City Center, where Stephansdom is. You can walk but if you want you can use the tram. I really found the place very cost effective. Alles war neu und dadurch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und selbst im 6. Stock bequem und schnell über den Aufzug zu erreichen. Ideal für alle die sich die Hauptattraktionen Wiens anschauen wollen. Man steigt direkt in die S-Bahn vor der Haustür und ist nach drei Stationen an der U-Bahn Station. Von dort aus erreicht man jeden Punkt für den man sich interessiert. Genauso kann man sich umgekehrt auch schnell wieder den Massen von Touristen entziehen :-) <br> <br>Abschließend können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen und sagen dass wir uns auf unseren nächsten Wien Aufenthalt freuen. Justo al lado de los jardines Belvedere en Viena, a escasos pasos del Palacio Belvedere. Nada más salir del apartamento tienes una parada de tranvía que te lleva en poco minutos al centro de Viena, así como, a la estación de Renweg donde coges el tren que te lleva al aeropuerto. Es un apartamento amplio, todo muy nuevo y es un sitio ideal para pareja con nińos, persona viajando solo (como fue mi caso). Los caseros son muy amables, te dejan información muy útil sobre la ciudad. El apartamento tiene todas las necesidades más que cubiertas, con lavadora y lavavajillas. Sin duda alguna, es un sitio que recomiendo 100 % y al que espero volver pronto.
